Everything you need to know to start managing your jobs with FlowState. Bookmark this page — it's your cheat sheet.
Tap ⚙️ in the top right corner. Enter your name, phone number, business name and ABN. Upload your logo — it appears on every quote, invoice and job report PDF you send.
Tap + Add Job (top right). Enter the job title, address, client and scheduled time. The address field has autocomplete — tap a suggestion from the dropdown to confirm it. FlowState pins every job on the map automatically.
Expand any job card and tap 📱 Book SMS. FlowState sends a professional booking confirmation text to your client instantly — with the date, time, address and your name — straight from the app. No copying and pasting, no forgetting to confirm.
Tap the 🗺 Map tab in the bottom nav. Every job with a confirmed address appears as a pin. Tap any pin to see the job details, open turn-by-turn navigation, or access the job actions. Use this to get a visual overview of where your work is clustered.
Open the 📅 Calendar tab and tap today's date. You'll see every job scheduled for that day. Hit 🗺 Route — FlowState calculates the fastest driving order between all your jobs automatically. Tap Maps on any job in the route list for turn-by-turn directions from Google Maps.
Tap 📄 Docs in the bottom nav. Create a quote with line items and tax — send it, track whether it's been accepted, then convert it to a job with one tap. To invoice, open any job card and tap Invoice — it pre-fills the client name, job details and your bank details automatically. Download as a PDF and send it however you like.
Expand a job card and tap ✓ Done when you finish. Log your cost (what you paid for materials/labour) and charge (what you billed the client). FlowState calculates your margin automatically. Check the 💰 Profits tab to see your weekly and monthly totals, and which clients are most profitable.
